Floral notes on the nose, yellow fruit, hint of black berries, vegetal, light earthy and mineral notes. Very tart, restrained fruit on the palate, vegetal and light yeasty notes, still has a very light cheesy note, restrained acidity, hint of mushrooms, light nutty aromas, earthy and mineral notes, good persistence, floral traces, light grip on a good finish.
