2019 Vulkanland Steiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, vegetable to herbaceous, slightly green asparagus-like fragrance with white and green berry aromas, a little yellow fruit, distinct floral aromas, nutty traces and some minerality. Herbal-juicy fruit, clearly planty spice, very fine, lively acidity and some touch, nutty and yeasty traces, in the background a little elderberry, quite clear, somewhat earthy minerality, lasting, certain power and depth, very good, firm, juicy and planty-spicy finish with slightly smoky hints. Very much wine for the money
