Saftig im Mund, dicht, fest und reintönig, sehr feine, präsente und lebendige Säure, deutliche Mineralität, herbe Würze am Gaumen, kräftiger Körper, sehr gute Nachhaltigkeit und Tiefe, ausgezeichnete Balance, wenn auch mit spürbarer Restsüße, hat Schmelz und Kraft, lang.
