Fairly cool nose, vegetal notes, light yellow fruit, nutty, earthy and mineral traces. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, light vegetal and earthy notes, slightly muted with yeasty tracesw, elegant, fairly lively acidity, gooe persistence and substance, salty notes in the background, slightly creamy, but also has some grip, hint of sugar candy and caramel, develops more grip with aeration, some depth, very good, slightly muted sweetish finish.
