Yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, ripe citrus fruit, light earthy and mineral notes. Firm, juicy fruit on the palate, still has prominent yeasty aromas, ripe acidity provides a firm bite, vegetal and herbaceous notes, fairly firm grip, light chalky and salty mineral notes, slightly sweetish and creamy, nutty notes, some depth, very good firm, juicy, grippy finish. Still appears to be extremely young.

Editor note: Yeasty citrus stone fruit scent with fine herbal aromas with clear, tart, somewhat chalky mineral notes. Ripe, juicy fruit, herbal-vegetal and yeasty aromas, very light tannin, sustainable and grippy, fine, lively acidity, good substance, firm structure, a hint of nutty in the background, has tension, very good, juicy, tart and vegetal and distinct mineral finish.
