Firm nose, nutty notes, touch of yellow spice, light oak, clear, fairly elegant, tart yellow fruit aromas, a hint of citrus fruit, lemon verbena and bell peppers. Clear, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, light vegetal notes, verydelicate hint of tobacco, elegant acidity, slightly sandy tannins, ethereal traces, some substance and persistence, smoked salt in the background, still young, tannins still very slightly astringent, some bite on a very good, fairly tart, juicy finish. Still needs some time to mature.
