Vegetal notes on the nose, very light hint of bacon, restrained yellow fruit aromas, hint of mushrooms, peppery traces, nutty oak, light mineral notes in the background. Fairly juicy, surprisingly cool fruit on the palate, herbaceous and vegetal aromas, delicate peppery notes, floral and herbaceous traces, touch of lime, elegant acidity, delicate tannic grip, noticeable but well-integrated alcohol, light mineral notes, smoky traces, hint of butter, good to very good finish.
