Tart nose, prominent vegetal notes, light earthy and mineral notes, restrained light yellow fruit aromas. Ripe, slightly sweetish and creamy, warm fruit on the palate, chalky, nutty and vegetal notes, elegant acidity, veryslightly astringent tannins, noticeable but well integrated alcohol, fairly persistent, hint of mushrooms, peppery traces, light mineral notes, delicate acid bite, slightly sweetish and creamy on a good to very good, slightly warm finish.
