Klar, fest und kühl im Mund, zurückhaltende Frucht mit nussigen und vegetabilen Aromen, feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, viel herbe Mineralik und leicht erdige Töne, gewisse Tiefe, hat Biss und Spannung, kompromisslos trockener Stil, zeigt Herkunft, sehr guter Abgang.
