Tart, slightly white and peppery, also vegetal and earthy citrus pomaceous fruit scent with yeasty notes, light nutty and floral notes and clear mineral notes. Firmly knitted, ripe, tart and juicy fruit, light nutty and delicately woody tones, very fine, lively acidity and a touch of tannins, persistent and dense on the palate, lots of minerality, fine strawberry notes, still quite young, has strength and certain depth, compact construction, relatively cool style, very good, firm finish with a hint of medicinal herbs. May mature.
