Translate to English Herb-nussiger und deutlich vegetabiler, etwas pfeffriger und ziemlich mineralischer Duft mit verhaltenen Kernobstnoten, einem Hauch Zitrusfrüchte und kräuterigen Anklängen. Straffe, herbe, kühle Frucht im Mund, erdig bis mineralisch, nussig und etwas herb-pflanzlich, feine, lebendige Säure und ein wenig Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, fast sehniger Stil, mit Luft dann mehr Saft, noch kaum entwickelt, sehr guter, herber Abgang mit Zug.
