Cool nose, prominent fresh vegetal and herbacoeus notes, restrained yellow fruit, nuttyand earthy traces. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, delicate yeasty traces, stony mineral notes, very elegant and fairly lively acidity, fairly persistent, hint of elderflower in the background, fairly elegant style, good to very good tart finish.
