Fairly firm, tart nose, light yeasty notes, fairly prominent mineral notes, light yellow fruit and floral notes. 'Firm, cool. tart light fruit on the palate, yeasty, delicate floral and mineral notes, persistent, very polished, elegant style, hint of green bacon in the background, light-bodied, but quite expressive, very good firm, cool, juicy finish.
