Cool, firm, tart, polished nose, light nutty and yeasty notes, very light yellow fruit, a few white berries, hint of bacon, floral traces, prominent mineral notes. Clear, firm, polished light fruit on the palate, yeasty notes and floral traces, prominent mineral notes, elegant acidity, firm grip, persistent, some depth, still undeveloped, floral traces, very light spicy notes on a very good, firm finish.
