The quality standard is based on environmentally conscious processing of the vineyards, voluntary yield reduction to an average of 40 hl / ha, manual harvesting in several passes and gentle cellar technology. For white wines, a whole cluster pressing with cool and slow fermentation takes place. The red wines are fermented with traditional mash fermentation and then remain for a longer time on the mash. The wines of the series "Classic" are filled in 0.375 liter, 0.75 liter and 1.5 liter bottles (Magnum).
