The wines keep constant high level and are usually the best in their respective category in the area. Weaknesses, there is little, but can occur in difficult vintages. However, this must be balanced in good years with particularly compelling assortments so that an operation can hold the status. In most cases you can blindly buy.

The vineyards cover 12 hectares of vineyards in the individual layers Goldberg (Bissersheim), Hergottsacker and Mandelpfad (Dirmstein) Burgweg (Großkarlbach), as well cherry Orchard and Steinbuckel (Laumersheim). They are planted with the white varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muskateller, as well as with the red varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, St. Laurent and Merlot. The wines are produced in the lines of estate wines and individual layers. For the white wines, the grapes are sorted according to a different pressed and aged for several months on the , After classic mash fermentation, the red wines mature in used or new barriques.
