2018 Bissersheim Goldberg Riesling trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Firm, slightly ethereal-herbal and slightly peppery-spicy fragrance with yellow-fruity, quite distinct mineral and slightly phenolic notes. Firm, ripe, quite juicy, yet very dry fruit, lively acidity and a lot of tannin grip, yeasty and slightly tobacco-like nuances, somewhat nutty, clear minerality, almost a little woody tones, good substance and persistence, has power, very good, firm, tart, still a trace of drying finish
