The estate is located in the community Efringen-churches (Markgräflerland area) in the German wine-growing region to bathe, It is led by Hanspeter Ziereisen. The vineyards cover nine hectares in a single location Mount of Olives (Efringen-Kirchen). They are planted with the red varieties Blauer Spätburgunder, Syrah and Regent, and with the white varieties Gutedel, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. The vines are usually used for more than 30 years. The quality criteria in the vineyard are elaborate foliage and floor work, strict yield reduction, and a sharp selection of grapes as conditions for healthy and high-quality grapes.

The wines are old won name such as Steingrüble, Tschuppen, schools and Rhini expanded and marketed. All wines will be spontaneous fermented without the use of pure yeasts. The red wines mature in oak casks from local oak or up to two years in barrique and are bottled without filtration. The musts for the white wines are clarified only by settling. Depending on the type of wine, a long yeast store follows. The top wines from Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc from old vines and Chardonnay are bottled after almost two years barrel storage without filtration. The best wines of the year still get the addition "Jasper", which means "Best of a vintage". It also produces sweet wines and bottle-fermented sect.
