Translate to English Etwas speckig-fleischiger Duft nach Cassis, Himbeeren und Kirschen mit noch hefigen Aromen, etwas Provencekräutern, Marzipan und floralen Nuancen sowie erdiger Mineralik im Hintergrund. Recht feste, klare, saftige Frucht, eher kühl, moderates, leicht rauchiges und wieder marzipanwürziges Holz, getrocknete Kräuter und Salz am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, viel Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, ein wenig Tabak, erdige Nuancen, sehr guter, eher kühler, herb-saftiger Abgang mit Salz und Kräutern sowie etwas Holz.
