Light yeasty, floral and delicate nutty notes on the nose, earthy notes, pomaceous fruit, vegetal traces, hint of yellow spice. Fairly tart elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow spice and nutty notes, some more yeasty traces, elegant, lively acidity, light grip, good persistent, light mineral notes in the background, fairly elegant, polished style, still young, very good tart finish.
