Translate to English Schon deutlich gereifte, herbwürzige Nase mit Noten von karamellisiertem kern- und Steinobst und kandierten Nüssen. Im Mund teils kandierte und eingemachte Zitrusfrüchte, etwas Steinobst und Kräuter sowie bitterlich-nussige Spuren, feine Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, gewisse Kraft am Gaumen, leicht rauer und nachtrocknender Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, Schmelz und spürbarer Alkohol, auch merkliche Restsüße, im Abgang neben süßlicher Frucht auch wieder herb-nussig und etwas trocknend. Etwas über dem Punkt, aber noch gut zu trinken; schmeckt inwischen allerdings schon eher halbtrocken als trocken.
