Clear, at first closed, with air then clearly deeper, delicately acidic cherry and berry nose with very slightly toasty and tobacco and peppery notes. Taut, lean, cool fruit with polished, tart juice and noticeable acidity, slightly dried-vegetable to tobacco and earthy tones, a hint of pepper, fine, youthful tannin, good persistence, earthy to salty mineral hints, some depth, very good, again tart finish with noticeable acidity.
