Astringent, still slightly covered, clearly vegetal and somewhat yeasty nose with restrained yellow-fruity and hinted floral aromas. Ripe, juicy and melted, somewhat warm fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, herbal and vegetable notes, slightly nutty on the palate, persistent, some depth, clear minerality, much power and noticeable but integrated alcohol, hinted peppery spice, very good, firm finish
