Floral and light vegetal notes on the nose, light yellow fruit, yeasty traces, touch of root vegetables, mineral notes. Straightforward, fairly tart fruit on the palate, vegetal, floral, earthy and mineral notes, light grip, fairly livelyacidity, good persistence, chalkyand salty notes, some bite, good to very good, fairly tart finish.
