2015 Grüner Veltliner Sekt g.U. Grosse Reserve Brut Nature, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Firm nose, prominent yeasty, still very slightly cheesy notes, vegetal notes, restrained light yellow fruit aromas, hint of mushrooms and yellow spice. Ripe, tart fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of white bread and mushrooms, fine, lively mousse, almost creamy, excellent substance and some depth, persistent, gripping, fairly compact structure, bone dry, very good, firm finish.Classy wine.
