Earthy and prominent vegetal notes on the nose, yeasty notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas, hint of mushrooms. Ripe fruit on the palate, hint of mushrooms, nutty, slightly smoky oak, yeasty aromas, fairly fine mousse, buttery traces, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, goood substance and persistence, touch of sugar candy, hint of tobacco, spicy traces, some grip, veryslightlysweetish on a very good finish.
