Light nutty and vegetal notes on the nose, hint of mushrooms, ripe pomaceous fruit, hint of red berries, yeasty notes, dried floral traces. Ripe fruit on the palate, more nutty notes, yeasty and light buttery notes, hint of bacon and mushrooms, medium-fine mousse, sweetish and creamy, smoky traces in the background, hint of tobacco, light tannic grip, good to very good finish.
