Slightly reductive nose, nutty and light smoky notes, hint of tobacco, fairly mature pomaceous fruit, vegetal and herbaceous traces, hint of mushrooms. Fairly juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, delicately creamy, yeasty traces, elegant, lively acidity, lemon verbena, coffee grounds and a hint of green bacon, very slightly astringent tannins, fairly persistent, earthy and mineral notes, some grip on a good finish.
