Light floral and nutty notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, touch of yellow spice, reminiscent of root vegetables. Ripe, partly preserved, sweetish fruit on the palate, mature pomaceous fruit, nutty and vegetal aromas, some yellow spice, light floral notes, elegant acidity, slightly creamy, prominent ripe pear fruit aromas on a good to very good, slightly sweetish finish.
