Fairly mature nose, quite cool, red currants and some cassis, vegetal notes, some undergrowth, delicate spicy oak. Polished on the palate, supple preserved red berry fruit, hint of cranberries, some sloe, herbs and spices, delicate earthy notes, slightly sweetish oak and alcohol, integrated, slightly prominent tannins, very slightly astringent on a very good finish.
