Pomaceous fruit on the nose, spicy vegetal notes, elderberries and nutty traces. Totally dry, restrained fruit on the palate, spicy vegetal notes, more elderberries, very elegant acidity, fairly tranquil style, slightly creamy, not particularly deep, but well balanced, attractive finish.
