Fairly tart nose, herbaceous, vegetal, floral and light earthy notes, yellow fruit, light nutty aromas,. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, touch of light nutty oak, light yeasty, vegetal, herbaceous and floral traces, good substance and persistence, some depth, noticeable high alcohol, but also has cool elements, hint of tobacco in the background, still young, chalky notes, very good firm, juicy, creamy, nutty finish. Has become more firm and serious in recent months.

Editor note: Nutty nose, hint of tobacco, some yellow spice, partly exotic yellow fruit, dried wild herbs, bay leaf and sage. Fairly juicy, partly candied and preserved fruit on the palate, light smoky oak, lively acidity, buttery and floral aromas, touch of pineapple, grapefruit and coconut, creamy, salty traces, good persistence, hint of red berries on a very good finish.
