Firm, fairly deep nose, prominent vegetal and light nutty notes, green and yellow fruit aromas, earthy and mineral notes, hint of mushrooms and some elderberry. Clear, ripe, juicy, slightly warm fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, hint of tobacco, touch of elderflower, very elegant acidity, moderate grip, persistent, good substance, some depth, hint of bacon and red berries, full-bodied, mineral notes, hint of cocoa and smoky traces on a very good, firm, juicy, spicy finish.
