Fairly cool nose, vegetal and delicate floral notes, yellow fruit, hint of caraway seed. Slightly sweetish, creamy fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal aromas, hint of caraway, elegant acidity, restrained tannins, very slightly muted, medium body and persistence, salty traces, delicate hint of bacon on a good to very good finish.
