2015 Escherndorf Fürstenberg Silvaner, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, vegetable citrus apple nose with delicate earthy and light floral nuances. Straightforward, delicately juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, light nutty notes, lively acidity, slightly sandy and astringent tannins, not particularly deep, noticeable alcohol, slightly bitter on an otherwise attractive finish.
