2005 Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Cortinie Bianco, Alto Adige, Italy

Ripe pomaceous fruit, spicy oak on the nose. Some oak on the palate, too, clean dry fruit and quite creamy, elegant, quite moderate acidity, delicate bitter note on the palate, not particualrly deep, herbaceous notes in the background, attractive finish. Slightly uncertain outlook, may still improve.
