Tart nose, preserved cherries and mixed berries, vegetal notes and cereals, lactic notes, very light animal notes. Slightly diffuse, partly jammy fruit on the palate, vegetal and earthy notes, old oak, slightly astringent tannins, hint of cereals again, creamy, noticeable alcohol, attractive to good finish.
