2011 St. Magdalener / Santa Maddalena DOC Rielerhof, Alto Adige, Italy

Partly candied red berries on the nose, delicate hint of cherries and plums, elegant spicy notes, dried vegetal notes, light earthy and mineral notes, candied floral notes. Polished, youthful, elegant and juicy fruit on the palate, almonds, delicate vegetal and earthy notes, very fine tannins, good substance and persistence,very harmonious, but still undeveloped, good finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2012 bis 2015. What our ratings mean
