Preserved black fruit on the nose, tart spicy notes, malted notes and licorice, some smoky oak. Quite concentrated on the palate, slightly green fruit, malted notes, some smoky oak and licorice again, slightly jammy style, not really typical of the variety, fairly fine tannins, fairly persistent, peppery traces, good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2013. What our ratings mean
