2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Cabernet Riserva, Alto Adige, Italy

Toasted notes and a hint of bacon on the nose, earthy and dried vegetal notes, black berries and black olives, some pine needles and oregano. Tart fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, toasted, smoky oak, fairly prominent fine sandy, youthful tannins, some bacon in the background, more black olives and oregno, fairly persistent and quite full-bodied, becomes more juicy with aeration, black fruit, bacon and some bitter oak on a very good finish.
