Light vegetal notes on the nose, reminiscent of beet root, ripe, partly preserved cherries and black berries, whiff of artichoke, some citrus, earthy and peppery traces. Slightly tart fruit on the palate, promnent vegetal aromas, slightly green,, earthy notes and oak in the background, fairly prominent tannins, still astringent, medium body and persistence, touch of black olives, oregano and bay leaf, not particularly deep, good to very good tart finish. Still needs some time to mature.
