Clear, fairly polished nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, fresh vegetal notes and floral traces. Straightforward, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate nutty and floral traces, hint of dark berries in the background, light oaky traces, salty traces, some bite, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good to very good finish.
