Vegetal, herbaceous and light peppery notes on the nose, cool citrus and pomaceous fruit, elegant green vegetal aromas, mineral traces. Ripe fruit on the palate, herbaceous, floral and yeasty notes, fairly lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, fine sandy tannins, fairly good substance and persistence, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, sweetish and creamy, hint of sugar candy, very good juicy, minerally finish.
