Editor note: Slightly hazy yellow-gold colour. Firm, tart nose, yeasty and nutty notes, yellow fruit aromas, touch of yellow spice, hint of tobacco, prominent mineral notes. Firm, tart fruit on the palate, noticeable acid bite, fine sandy tannins provide firm grip, yeasty notes, light vegetal and floral notes, prominent salty mineral notes, good persistence, still quite youthful, some depth, chalky notes, prominent acid bite again on a good to very good finish.
Best to drink: To 2022+
