Nutty and light yeasty notes on the nose, tranquil yellow fruit aromas, hint of butter, spicy and vegetal traces, fairly prominent mineral notes. Clear, tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate,polished acidity, yeasty aromas, salty and chalky mineral notes, light vegetal notes, persistent, delicate floral notes, hint of almonds, some depth, acid bite on a very good, firm, elegant, juicy finish.
