Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, slightly reminiscent of celery, restrained light yellow fruit aromas, delicate yeasty, floral and earthy notes, hint of bacon. Very slightly muted, delicately sweetish fruit on the palate, lively acidity, light yeasty notes, light tannic touch, fairly persistent, herbaceous and floral traces, chalky and salty traces, hint of bacon again, acid bite on a good finish.
