Light yeasty notes on the nose, partly dried vegetal notes, tart yellow fruit aromas, hint of bacon and mushrooms, touch of root vegetables. Clear, fairly polished, elegant, juic fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, fairlyfresh style, vegetal and delicate floral aromas, light mineral notes in the background, fairly good substance and persistence, hint of red berries, light tannic touch on a good to very good finish.
