Tart nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, very restrained yellow fruit aromas. Fairly firm, tart, restrained fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, herbs and spices, very light nutty oak in the background, yeasty traces, light mineral notes, light chalky notes, slightly persistent, good, tart finish.
