The "Weinmanufaktur Clemens Strobl" based in Kirchberg am Wagram was founded in 2008 by Clemens Strobl. The vineyards cover 15 hectares of vineyards in two Lower Austria Wine regions. The focus is on Wagram where the white wine varieties Green Valtellina and Riesling, as well as the red wines Pinot Noir. St. Laurent and Zweigelt be grown. in the Kremstal will be on Pfaffenberg Riesling cultivated. In the vineyard is worked "with respect for nature" by hand. Since 2018 the wine manufactory is after the rules of the Organic viticulture the Austria Organic Warranty certified.
By selective hand-picking only gets physiologically mature and healthy grapes for processing. The fermentation takes place spontaneous with vineyard's own natural yeasts. The wines are depending on the type of wine in the stainless steel tank, in the traditional big wooden barrel, in or in concrete eggs expanded. The line includes fresh wines from the Grüner Veltliner and Riesling varieties as well as a rosé. The "Premium" wines, some of which have been developed in all containers, include the brands "Grüner Veltliner Schreck", "Grüner Veltliner Lössling", "Riesling Rosen" from Wagram and "Riesling Pfaff" from Kremstal.
