Translate to English Relativ kühler, fester, hefiger und etwas hell-nussiger, dazu grün-pflanzlicher und angedeutet zart floraler Duft nach weißen, grünen und angedeutet schwarzen Beeren mit kräuterigen und etwas hell-tabakigen Nuancen sowie mit Luft zunehmend grünem Paprika und Pfefferminz. Kühl, klar, herb und straff im Mund, mit Noten von Bergblüten, weißen Mandeln und wieder einem Hauch Minze, feine, lebendige Säure, etwas mürber Gerbstoff, noch viel Hefe, sehr gute Nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Tiefe, zarter Schmelz, frische Aromen von grünem Paprika, ein wenig Pfeffer, guter bis sehr guter, recht frischer Abgang.
